N.B. Adonis Nile Cruises reserves the right to alter all above mentioned rates. New rates will be applied for all new reservations.
- All above rates are quoted in US dollars per person per night on full board basis for run of the house cabin, net non-commissionable and will be applied for both the 4, 3 & 7 nights cruises.
- All above rates are excluding any extra services.
- All above rates are excluding all excursions with English speaking guide, entrance fees and transportation.
- If requested, the excursions mentioned in the itinerary, English guide & transportation rate will be $110.00 per person for the whole cruise for 10 persons or more.
- For suites, a supplement of 40% is to be added to the price of a double cabin.
- Any increase in government taxes, entrance fees, service charges or dues after the date of the reservation will be added on the above mentioned rates without any prior notice.
- Children less than 6 years old sharing their parent's cabin will be free of charge.
- Children from 6 years to 12 years old, sharing their parent's cabin will be charged 50%.
- Children over 12 years old will be charged the full rate.
For every 15 paying persons, the 16th person will be free of charge staying in a double cabin. (A maximum of one double cabin is allowed.)

In case of existence of cancellation accounting shall be effected as follows:

- Cancellation can be made without penalty if cancellation is received 46 days prior to embarkation date.
- 25% cancellation fee will be applied if cancellation is received from 45 to 31 days prior to embarkation date.
- 50% cancellation fee will be applied if cancellation is received from 30 to 15 days prior to embarkation date.
- 75% cancellation fee will be applied if cancellation is received from 14 to 8 days prior to embarkation date.
- 90% cancellation fee will be applied if cancellation is received from 7 days prior to embarkation date.

- Payment Method: We accept both VISA and MasterCard credit cards.
- Total amount must reach us upon confirmation within ONE WEEK of each group or guest or request.
- In case of not receiving any of these terms of payment, Adonis Nile Cruises reserve the right to cancel all the cabins reserved on the mentioned cruise under this contract.
- In case the Egyptian laws are changed, the new laws will prevail.
Adonis Nile Cruises reserves the right to change the schedule, program and sailing hours for reasons beyond our control such as water level, opening of bridges, long queues of boats at locks, etc. during the cruise.
All rates and conditions mentioned in the contract are subject to governmental regulations, decrees and laws and thus are subject to amendment.
